Mugs of hot cocoa, crackling fires, soft fleecy blankets…these are some of the coziest things about winter. It’s so relaxing to come in from the cold and sip a warm drink by the fire. Now it is easier than ever to make delicious, creamy hot cocoa at home. We started using the NEW Starbucks® Hot Cocoa K-Cup® pods. They make it easy for everyone in my family to create a cup of hot chocolate just the way they like it with their favorite toppings. Are you Team Marshmallows or Team Whipped Cream?
Create a Hot Cocoa Bar at Home
We drink hot cocoa just about every day all winter long, so I set up a little Hot Cocoa Bar in a corner of the kitchen. It saves time because everything I need is right there. I love being able to have Starbucks hot chocolate at the touch of a button! I keep us stocked with Starbucks® Classic and Salted Caramel K-Cup® pods (made with real cocoa and non-fat milk), and fill mason jars with toppings like marshmallows and sprinkles. I can easily put the lids on the jars to keep our toppings fresh. The kids especially love for me to set out cookies for us to dip in our hot chocolate.
A hot cocoa bar is a fun idea for parties and get-togethers. Simply set out your Keurig, Starbucks Hot Cocoa K-Cup® pods and hot cocoa toppings. The more toppings, the merrier! Pull it all together with this free Printable Chalkboard Hot Cocoa Bar Sign.

I love this idea! I’m not a hot chocolate drinker but we use all sorts of different flavored coffee pods and I think it would be fun to turn the space around my Keurig into a little coffee/snack bar for the family.
