A Fruity Pebbles Treats Recipe turns colorful Fruity Pebbles cereal into rainbow colored crispy treats! Fruity Pebble treats are perfect for bake sales, snacks and St. Patrick’s Day parties. Delicious plain or topped with vanilla frosting and sprinkles.
If you are a fan of the classic Rice Krispies treats recipe, give the Fruity Pebbles version a try! I first saw this idea pinned HERE on Pinterest (of course!) when I was looking for easy bake sale treats to make for our school fundraiser. I changed the idea up a bit by adding more marshmallows because we loooove lots of gooey marshmallows in rice crispy treats. I also used a cookie cutter to make circle shaped treats and added the vanilla frosting and sprinkles on top. They were a hit with the kids!

Of course you can always keep it simple and cut the treats into squares with a knife for serving. The frosting and sprinkles are also optional. Either way, Fruity Pebble treats are a simple and colorful snack. They would be fun as ideas for rainbow foods and St. Patrick’s Day recipes, too.
- 6 cups Fruity Pebbles Cereal
- 10 ounces Mini Marshmallows
- 3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
- Vanilla Frosting (optional)
- Colorful Sprinkles (optional)
- Coat a 13x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside. In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
- Add Fruity Pebbles cereal. Stir until well coated.
- Using buttered spatula or wax paper, press mixture into the prepared pan in an even layer. Allow to cool.
- Once treats are cool, use a knife or a circle cookie cutter to cut out shaped treats. If you want to add frosting to the top, spread a layer of vanilla frosting on each treat. Add colorful sprinkles as desired. Note: Treats are best if served the same day.
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
In microwave-safe bowl heat butter and marshmallows on HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Follow steps 2-4 above. Microwave cooking times may vary.

I am sure your right, these treats would go over great at a bake sale. I bet they would be good with the Cocoa Pebbles, too.
