Umi Children’s Shoes are Ready For Spring Fun!

April 11, 2014 by Nicole

Spring is here! Knock on wood – last time I said that, it snowed.Β We have enjoyed warmer temperatures this week. My boys love to play outside, especially when it’s sunny. We took advantage of the perfect spring day to try out their new Umi Shoes. We are longtime fans of Umi kids shoes. I look forward to the seasons changing so I can see their latest selection. Spring 2014 Collection includes cute sandals, ballet flats (for the girls), dress shoes and play shoes for infants, toddlers and little kids.

luke style umi shoes

My 4-year-old really likes the colorful “Luke” (Dark Gray Multi, $40) canvas play shoe. His favorite color is orange, so his main reason to want them was because of the orange laces! Mom likes them because of the durable rubber sole and toe. These are a fun, casual shoe that will definitely see lots of climbing, jumping, and running action this spring.

The “Luke” shoe is available in 3 color options for Little Boys (US Toddler) Sizes 8-12.

Orange must be the color of the moment at our house because I picked the “Reece”Β (Choc Multi, $50) sandal, and it has orange accents. We like velcro closures on these sandals for easy fit adjustments. Plus, my 2-going-on-3-year-old loves to put on his shoes all by himself – so velcro helps make that possible. An added bonus is that these sandals are made with water-friendly materials. He’ll probably be wearing these to the pool this summer, they are bound to get wet.
