Ingredients
- 6 ounces Coarse Pink Himalayan Salt
- 6 ounces Fine Grain Pink Himalayan Salt
- 8 ounces Epsom Salt
- 1 tsp Fragrance Oil
Instructions
1. Add all of the salts to a large mixing bowl and stir to mix well.
2. Add 1 tsp of fragrance oil and stir well to evenly distribute fragrance oil throughout the salts.
3. Store bath salts in an airtight container such as a lidded jar.
Notes
If you prefer an unscented bath soak, you can leave out the fragrance oil.
If using essential oils, for best results, use an essential oil calculator (found online) to determine the correct amount of skin-friendly essential oils to use in this recipe. A general suggestion is 15-30 drops of essential oil.
For best results, use bath salts within 6 months.
