I was so excited when one of my very favorite brands — prAna — asked if I wanted to try a pair of Stretch Zion pants. The catch? I would have to wear the pants for SEVEN consecutive days!
I knew right away the #7DayStretch wasn’t going to be a problem. I practically live in my prAna shorts and yoga capris all summer. And with our Yosemite camping trip coming up, a pair of prAna Stretch Zion pants would be the perfect addition. They are designed for travel and hiking, which is exactly what I would be doing all week.

The durable Stretch Zion performance fabric makes these pants a fast favorite for travel, hiking and pretty much anything else you want to do in them. They have a water resistant finish and reinforced knees. What I really like about them is they have a cute trouser style fit. I can wear them around the house on a regular day or put them on when it’s time to do something active outdoors. Either way, the pants look good on and I’m ready for just about anything.
Halle pants snap closed at the front and have inner waist band draw string for a truly adjustable fit. I like using the draw string for a tighter fit around the waist. The medium weight fabric has just the right amount of stretch. I’m so glad these pants come in several different colors – I can’t wait to get another pair.
I stuffed my Halle pants into my backpack to take on our camping trip. Don’t worry, any wrinkles worked themselves out pretty fast once I put the pants on.
While we were out camping, the August days got pretty hot (highs in the 90s). But, the evenings and mornings were quite cool and I needed to wear my prAna pants. I had the chance to travel, hike, bike, camp and go horseback riding during my #7DayStretch. I expect a lot from my prAna clothing and these pants did not disappoint. I love the comfort, fit and versatility of Halle pants.
