Easter OREO Fudge treats made oh-so-easy in the microwave! Give this delicious OREO fudge recipe a try – it’s ready in minutes! You’ll love the sweet flavor of cookies and cream fudge. Pastel milk chocolate candies and sprinkles add to the fun.
I have made lots of easy fudge recipes, but this one has got to be one of the easiest. The main ingredients are white chocolate chips and vanilla frosting. The rest of the add-ins are up to you! For spring and Easter desserts, I use the pastel-colored milk chocolate candies and OREO cookies.
This Easter treat recipe was inspired by an Easter OREO Bark Recipe I saw on Pinterest. I gave the recipe a little makeover to turn it into easy microwave fudge. Be sure to scroll down to the end of this blog post for a list of other Pinterest Remakes done by my blogger friends. They always inspire me!
- 10 ounces Milk Chocolate Chips
- 10 ounces Vanilla Frosting (Canned)
- 8 OREO cookies
- 3 tbsp Sprinkles *Spring or Easter Colors
- 3/4 cups Pastel M&Ms
- Spray an 8x8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. Crush OREO cookies and set aside.
- Melt 10 ounces of white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30 second increments, stirring in between cook times. It takes about 1-2 minutes for the chips to become completely melted and smooth.
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt 10 ounces of canned vanilla frosting for 20-30 seconds. Stir the melted frosting into melted chocolate chips.
- Work quickly to stir in crushed OREO cookies, sprinkles and M&Ms to the chocolate/frosting mixture. Press mixture into an even layer in the prepared 8x8 baking dish.
- Allow fudge to cool in the refrigerator for about an hour in the refrigerator. Use a sharp knife to cut fudge into 1 inch squares for serving. Fudge can be stored in an airtight container for 1-2 weeks.
