I am so excited to cloth diaper a newborn again! This will be my second newborn to start out in cloth. I learned a lot from the first go-round, but feel like there are SO MANY unexplored diapering options out there that I want to try out on this baby.
Right now, my newborn stash consists of what I think of as the staple of any stash: prefolds! I resisted the urge to sell these just in case we had another baby. I loved my prefolds so much, they were the only thing I used the first couple months.
I am kicking myself for selling all my newborn sized wool covers — but that was how I had to fund new wool covers when it was time to size up. So now, I’m on the market for wool covers, and want my readers to help me out by suggesting your favorite wool covers.
And what about the newborn fitted diapers? Are they worth it? Part of me thinks yes, a sized diaper ensures a good fit on a tiny baby. I never tried them with a newborn before, though. And there are so many different brands to choose from – what are some of your favorites? I plan to try at least a couple, just to see!
I am so excited to plan and acquire diapers for this baby. Cloth diapering is one of my favorite hobbies! It makes diaper changing time so much fun when I get to pick from a cute fun stash!
Newborn diaper recommendations, anyone? Favorite wool, fitteds, covers, stuff I need to have at least one of? PLEASE suggest them to me!

For my next baby I think we’re going to try the newborn gDiapers, then move onto our bigger stash after a couple of months. Seems to make the most sense for a teeny baby. With Sebastian we did chlorine-free disposables up until 2 months or so.
